KITTEC CLASSIC-LINE CB top-loading series
Various kiln variants are available for the KITTEC model series CB top-loader kilns. According to your needs and requirements you may choose
CB Plus models with innovative premium insulation,
CB S models for high current operation or even
CB SX models providing more output and increased service life of the heating elements.
Additionally, you can order CB extension rings to have bigger firing chambers and enable easier transportation or you add the NewGen ESP option for saving energy and decreased firing cycle times.
KITTEC INDUSTRIAL-LINE CTH bogie hearth furnaces
The high-quality and complex design of this five-sided all-round heating provides consistently uniform firing results and is the guarantee of a long service life. High quality lightweight refractory bricks and the multi-layer rear insulation allow an absolutely even temperature distribution and a maximum firing temperature of 1,000 or 1,320°C.
Many additional kiln features are available and high-end customisation according to your needs is possible.
KITTEC INDUSTRIAL-LINE CLM model series annealing and hardening kilns
The CLM model series is designed for annealing and hardening in normal or protective gas atmosphere operation.
The heating elements of the CLM kilns are on support bars. Whereas the low surface load of the Kanthal heating elements leads to less wear and tear and a long service life. The multi-layer insulation structure guarantees low energy consumption during annealing and hardening.
The steel frame is extremely robust, and the housing design with rear ventilation provides excellent corrosion protection.
Especially for our INDUSTRIAL-LINE kilns many additional features are available and high-end customisation according to your needs is possible.
KITTEC INDUSTRIAL-LINE XRS/XTS ELECTRIC FRONT-LOADERS
The KITTEC XRS and XTS front-loaders with drawer mechanism allow the kiln bottom to be comfortably and easily pulled out for loading. This leads to a more ergonomic, primarily back-friendly, and time-saving kiln loading from three sides.
The XRS models feature a 5-sided heating in grooved bricks and the XTS models provide the 5-sided heating on support bars. Both variants are already equipped with the KITTEC high-end, sustainable NewGen ESP energy-saving package. NewGen ESP enable faster heating and cooling phases, a lower energy consumption as well as a lower kiln weight.
KITTEC kiln lining NewGen ESP
With our KITTEC NewGen ESP energy-saving package, we use a completely new type of refractory lining with innovative foam ceramic bricks in addition to the usual high-quality multi-layer premium insulation and an insulating plate installed underneath the bottom. This innovation from KITTEC enables faster heating and cooling phases, a lower energy consumption as well as a lower kiln weight.
To take advantage of this KITTEC innovation we have included NewGen ESP already as a standard feature for KITTEC PROFESSIONAL-LINE kilns and KITTEC INDUSTRIAL-LINE XRS/XTS models. For many STUDIO-LINE and CLASSIC-LINE kilns the KITTEC NewGen ESP can be ordered as kiln option.
